(A) Passports
1. Fresh Passport
- (a) Adult (36 ) $40
- (b) Minor (upto 15yrs) $25
2. Fresh Passport (Jumbo Booklet)) $50
3. Issue of Passports in lieu of lost/damaged passport $125
4.Misc services - PCC/ Birth Certificate $20 (on the basis of Passport)
(B) Visas (for Residents of Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Honduras)
1. Tourist Visa $40
2. Tourist Visa (1yr) $65
3. Tourist Visa (5yr) $130
4. Student Visa $75 (Valid for duration of the course or 5yrs)
5. Transit Visa $20 (Valid for 15 days –Single/Double Entry)
6. All other type of Visas (other than Tourist/Transit/Student) (eg. Employment, Business, and Entry)
- (a) Upto 6 months $80
- (b) Upto 1 year $120
- (c) Upto 5 years $200
- Additional charge for outstation drafts - $10
- In case of Non-residents, an additional amount of $15 towards reference cost is also payable.
(C) Person of Indian origin
1. OCI Card and visa sticker $275

D) Surrender of Indian Passport ; Rs. 7000 (to be paid in US Dollars) (Fine/Penalty as applicable for late surrender would also be payable for late surrender of Indian Passports)
